I have been teaching individuals methods to heal from anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and work-related stress for over 17 years.  At the heart of counseling, there is education, understanding, and practicing skills for greater independence and growth.  My style is described as relaxed and direct while tuning into what is most needed. Clients are offered guidance as changes lead to goals achieved. Homework assignments supplement the therapeutic process for effective results. Education surrounding the connection of mind & body will foster a stronger understanding of one's emotions and thoughts. Integrating psychology with spiritual philosophies produces a holistic healing experience.


Tools taught are directed towards regulating emotions with an emphasis on prioritizing one's personal values. Some of these tools include techniques to reprogram negative thinking with the option of incorporating clinical hypnosis, meditation, and energy healing practices.
