Experience a warm, inviting environment while you learn and practice skills to cope with stress.  Each session includes learning a new mental health technique, sharing, and a guided meditation for deep relaxation. This is an open group, so you are welcome to join us at any time! Come find a sense of community and comfort--we would love to have you be part of this experience!
