Oak Brook Counseling & Wellness accepts health insurance and is in-network with the following: Medicare, Mutual of Omaha EAP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Choice, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, Humana, and Magellan. Please note that not every clinician accepts all insurances. We are in-network for PPOs, but not HMOs; however, we can accept out-of-network payments.
Once you speak with the Intake Coordinator, we can provide you with a pre-certification amount that estimates the out-of-pocket payment due at each session (this process can take up to 3 business days). If you prefer not to utilize insurance, a sliding scale fee may be considered. Out-of-network insurance also may be accepted.
