Health Insurance

Oak Brook Counseling & Wellness accepts various health insurance plans, including Mutual of Omaha EAP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Choice, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, Medicare, and Humana. Note that not all clinicians accept all plans. We are in-network for PPO plans but not HMOs; however, we do accept out-of-network payments. Please check with your insurance provider for coverage details.

After speaking with our Intake Coordinator, we may provide an estimated out-of-pocket cost per session (this process may take up to 3 business days). If you prefer not to use insurance, a sliding scale fee may be available. We may also accept out-of-network insurance.
