Ava Blalark, LCSW
About Me
Ava is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive knowledge working with children, adolescents, and their families. She has clinical experience working with adults and older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Ava uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a strengths-based approach to help her clients recognize unhealthy thinking to change behavior and change their lives.
