Some of the interventions and tools offered:

Understanding deep rooted perspectives and reprograming beliefs using evidence based modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) . 

Optional tools include: Mindfulness techniques, somatic exercises, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and meditation practices.

 Practicing specific skills for emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
