Some of the interventions and tools offered:

Understanding deep rooted perspectives and reprograming beliefs also known as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy

 Practicing specific skills for emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness from the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy model (DBT)

Optional tools include:  clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness techniques,  and, meditation practices.
