About Me
I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Children & Adolescents at Northwestern University. Throughout my training, I work under the guidance and weekly supervision of Sabrina Gosmire, LCPC, CADC, KAP, and Northwestern University faculty.

Areas of Focus
I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking treatment for a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues. My goal is to provide a safe, therapeutic environment where we can collaborate on your mental health and wellness journey. I utilize evidence-based interventions and education to help you achieve meaningful progress.

Counseling Approach
While my counseling style is grounded in a humanistic approach, I incorporate various theoretical frameworks to tailor treatment to your unique needs. As I work towards becoming a licensed mental health counselor, I am committed to continuing my work with clients across the lifespan who are navigating a wide range of mental health concerns.
